Wonderful Pinot Grigio Giant Hibiscus Rose Mallow Perennial Garden Plant

HIBISCUS: Popular for nearly 200 years and with good reason. Its size and growth habit allow it to be planted near a home or in a border, and its flowers are spectacular! Very useful for late summer to early fall bloom. Slow to begin growing in the spring, but makes up for lost time fast. From the Splash Series comes Pinot Grigio, with very large, 9-10", bright-white flowers that have a red throat and are tinged with a hint of pink toward the tips of the petals. The flowers bloom in summer against nice green foliage. Plants exhibit a sturdy, upright habit that adds a tropical feel to the garden. The large dinner-plate sized white flowers adorn the plants from late summer until frost for excellent late season color. Pinot Grigio is generously self branching which results in very full and sturdy plants. The large leaves are striking with tints of bronze, purple, and green.
